"Tried to get a quote last week and talked to CJ. They had been contacting us for a while to get us back. He never called me back. When i called him yesterday, he couldn’t find any paperwork or notes on us. Told me i talked to Mark and not him. I said No i took notes on our conversation.He said he had to have an email to send to us bc there are too many figures. I told him he didn’t need an email. Not everyone has email. Then he said i should get someone more local. He obviously doesnt want any business he actually has to work for. What a jerk. Glad we didnt sign up for this crappy service again."
