I’m a graduate of the University of Missouri, a former college golf player, and have been married for 21 years with three great kids. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors. Our team includes two members, and we’ve built an office that values relationships, integrity, and doing the right thing every day. As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Mark McBride - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
